Mission Statement
History
We answered the call of God nearly 30-years ago to serve many human needs. During this time, we have seen God do many miracles in peoples lives. We've seen Him lift up heavy heads, save hundreds of souls, and heal the broken hearted and meet every need in their lives. We have shelter over 70,000 people here and served millions in food, clothing, housing, transportation, education and now offenders and ex-offenders.

Yes, He has worked a miracle in my life. Last May of 2003, I died on the kidney machine for 45 minutes. Some how I was able to hear the nurses say, “she's cold, she's not breathing and there is no pulse. A few months prior, I had heard the man of God say, “ask God for anything in Jesus name.” I began to pray, “Lord, please let me stay here a little longer to help my husband and to be with my children and to see Tabitha House debt free. God brought me back. When I opened my eyes, the fire department was in the process of wrapping me in a blanket. God brought me back to finish the journey He has given us for his people. We Praise God for all of His wonderful people who have helped us on this journey through the difficult times of need.

Currently, we are working on two projects. First we are striving to make Tabitha House debt free, secondly, I would like to see Tabitha House completely rehabbed, expanded with new furnishing. We believe the Lord will do this in a short time with the many helpers we have in place.

On this journey, there have been many disappointments and a little pain. God prepared us to be ready at the end of this journey. We are grateful for all of the many volunteers and supporters that have walked with us thru all of the difficult days. It helps us to know God in a special way. Without the many people that have gone on this journey with us, we would not have made it this far. The scripture says, “he that gives to the poor, lends to the Lord.” We know all who have given to this ministry in any way has given to the Lord. Our reward comes when one comes to Jesus, returns to their community and becomes self-sufficient. Please pray daily with us for souls to continue to be saved and that human needs are met in the areas of employment and housing.
